Beginning of 2022, EPIQUE RAW, one of the first vegan Patisserie start-ups opened its doors at Max Weber Platz in Munich. As Raw food is getting more present in our lives, this patisserie found a way to offer a new world of delicious slices. Raw food needs raw materials - so we designed their first store with washed concrete slabs and used local wood to build archetype benches and furniture.
